*Single rooms may be available, however, space at Wildacres can be tight, and a roommate is recommended. Also, to benefit the dedicated, service-oriented Wildacres staff, a small gratuity will be requested from each participant at the end of workshop.

What’s Included

The weekend includes two night’s lodging and all meals, (Friday evening through Sunday morning), group lectures and exercises, a final critique session of each student’s work, assistance in the field and during postproduction. A class computer will be used for reviewing photos. The 6-day class includes 5-night’s lodging and all meals and is led by Kelly Culpepper. A Thursday evening critique, a photoshoot with guest photographer, Jeff Willhelm (from the Charlotte Observer), and visits to additional shooting locations are among the activities from Tuesday through Friday
